EDIT: Awh man!! I'm so blind!! I didn't know I forgot to type the date! (Oh Bee Lee, what's wrong with you!!!). It's too late now. Sigh... :(

you didn't state what date the meeting is held on.
how do you expect people to know when you didn't put that down?
